The inconsistencies in rotations are a bit frustrating and they get abused on the defensive glass. But no doubt Gates has done a great job. I’d say intellectually he is ahead of anyone at MU since Quin, although at least early on it appears he has a better staff.

Haith was NCOY his first season and did a a masterful job. Gates hasn’t been his equivalent but that doesn’t mean he also hasn’t done a great job.
