expectations and when even low expectations aren't met, make more excuses and lower expectations further.

Excuse absentee fathers, excuse the work of poor students, excuse the work of bad teachers, excuse criminality, excuse the poor work habits on the job, and excuse the excuse-making by blacks, the media, socialists and Marxists everywhere.

Make excuses. Assign blame. Divide the nation. Destroy the country.

That is a recipe for disaster. That is where we're heading.
