They are the ones who knew instantly that the first balloon was absolutely harmless, and we had no reason to shoot it down.
Not sure what Biden's thinking was, he was told how calm, patient and measured his response was to the first one as he let it lazily traverse the entire breath of the nation.
Then with the others, he shot them down quickly. Seems he got high marks for both reactions, even though they seem almost diametrically opposed.
Anyway, the Chinese guy on fox said this is one way China prepares for war. But I'm sure he's mistaken. He's not as smart as the geniuses on this board.
