Any job can be performed by any person in the country.

And since that is the foundational premise of equity and the left, there's absolutely no reason why there shouldn't be precisely the amount of blacks, gaze, women, Eskimos, lesbians, Hispanics, and people who think they are ducks in the workforce that exist in the general community.

Like the NFL has 60% white cornerbacks. Just like they're supposed to.
