Inflation to me is getting worse not better

Maybe economists will say inflation is slowing but every week costs of standard goods seems to be rising

I fear I may lose a couple of good employees because my company can’t (won’t) increase wages at a rate above inflation. Last years merit increases were not well received and I don’t think the next round of increases will be either
