I in no way defend this criminal conduct, but a couple of things jump out:
1. Failure to adequately train them about team work while cuffing someone who is resisting.
2. Failure to adhere to basic common sense on the suspect's part.
I've only seen two of the videos. Compliance instead of resisting while asking why usually works out better. No, failure to comply is no justification for use of excessive force. Two wrongs don't make it okay.
