purchase orders issued from some call center in India. Had a caller wanting to verify my email address, I thought to send me a PO. Turns out he was wanting to verify part numbers and pricing. I could not understand a single fvcking thing he said.

And my customer's facilities admin says she just screams at them because their English is so bad and accent so thick she can't understand them either.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
