But Thursday/Friday after the incident, the NFL should have come out and shifted the schedule. Buffalo/Cincinnati finishes the Thursday after the New England game, then any playoff game is the Tuesday after that, then a normal schedule can resume. It sucks and is not ideal, but 95% of normal fans would have accepted it. Instead, the NFL were afraid of what ESPN articles would come out about them and this is where we are.
