The "incident" happened almost a year before that.
You can call it what you want, nobody took my license,
nobody forced me to retire. I did elect to forgo some hassle, which I didn't really avoid anyway. But it was a so what. Had I decided to fight the idiot complaint, I would no doubt still be practicing- these things drag out for years. I know someone who lost their license in the end but kept it for 6 years due to legal wraggling.
