President makes EOs which have the same power as law.

95% of the time, the Supreme Court says it is just fine.

how do Justices get in the Supreme Court. The Executives and Legislative branches is their way. Watch the hearings. They are all about a series of rulings and litmus tests, and nothing to do with the Constitution anymore.
