surrounding this scandal begs for a Special Counsel investigation. The stolen classified documents were kept in unsecure non-government facilities for at least six years. Federal laws governing handling of CDs require a chain of custody to maintain security and assign responsibility. The CoC documents are essential to discover how and when this train ran off the tracks.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
