in the outcomes of the 2020 election and the recent Brazilian election, then the easiest answer is that Bolsonaro was an even less competent version of Trump himself and Brazilians, much like Americans, overall were just as unimpressed and uninterested in giving him a second term.

Bolsonaro and Trump are both pieces of **** from different toilets. Same smell.
