rather than use it as a stick to hit Democrats, we'd have reform. Marco Rubio found out years ago that there's no willingness of the right to solve immigration. He tried to unit his party to do something and they didn't want to play ball at all.
The Trump Era brought us the solve the problem with a "beautiful wall" which was akin to asking a fourth grader how to resolve illegal immigration.
As we've seen, there are steps that can be taken via executive order, but comprehensive reform of the whole system is what is necessary to resolve the current "problems" with immigration.
Most Americans think illegal immigration is just people crossing over from the southern border. Most illegal immigrants arrive in airports with a visa and overstay.
