history shows they increase the deficit because they cut taxes and increase spending.

Less revenue with more expenditure is how trumpys go bankrupt.

I would cut military spending in half for a start. End lifetime pensions for congress. Presidents kids dont need SS protection after they leave office.

That's a good start.

Now as for taxation, the rich get out of most of them due to the complexity and highly paid accountants.
