They used it as a basis to censor the speech and social media communications of private citizens. However, it was utilized primarily to undermine Trump's attempt at normalizing relations with Russia. The Deep State operatives had been preparing for war against Russia, since 2008 in service to WEF globalists of the combined West. Their war effort is faltering, the sanctions have backfired and the possibility of accomplishing their war aims is evaporating with each passing day. Better pray the West doesn't escalate to nukes in desperation, as Russia destroys what's left of the Ukrainian Army.
