Some of the differences would be: Paul Ryan's tax plan that was signed into law in 2017 would have happened earlier. There would not have been the horribly damaging and idiotic trump trade wars. Obamacare would have been repealed. Spending would have been massively less than otherwise. The Obama regulations on business would not have happened (after his first term). Foreign policy from 2017 and beyond would have focused on coordinating with our allies not alienating our allies and cozying up to dictators.
