My grandfather and his brother homesteaded just north of Yellowstone and used to work for ranchers, plus they worked in Yellowstone and took park visitors on tours in covered wagons fitted with benches and with the covers pulled off.
Just down the creek from where the homestead site was is a $1000/night dude ranch.
