To make it more difficult to hire, each of those categories must consider the race, sexual preference, gender identification, and political ideology of job candidates. The last one is to ensure that no conservatives are hired. (this inclusivity thing does have limits you know. Let's not get carried away here.)
It's a good thing that they don't consider competence, experience or intelligence. That would make it too difficult.
