Most of the stories I have seen are these various people that are going to the drag races and reporting on them (not sure if it is organized, part of a group, or just random).

it is then getting picked up by Hannity likes (no idea if Hannity is actually talking about it), and then politicians are using it to promote some sort of legislation at local or state levels.
