Liberals and naïve idiots think that if something isn't perfect in every way, it must be dismissed and replaced.
Absolutists think that way. Because they're stupid.
Incarceration is not perfect. So it was replaced with open air drug markets, syringes on playgrounds, and an almost exponential increase in drug crimes. Is that your preference? Is that your definition of something that works?
