He has broken no laws and has been held over there for four years now on "suspicion" of spying. Griner did break the law, and she fully admitted that. For breaking their laws, Griner received a sentence based on their sentencing guidelines for such an offense. She was being lawfully detained under their criminal justice system. If I hear one more lib say she was "unlawfully detained" my head is going to explode
