In this article I found it actually says injury in one spot and medical in another.

whatever the issue was it was still physical with his body. So it seems like splitting hairs to say it doesn’t count in a possible debate of him having regular physical issues.

Not trying to debate a pety thing cus I don’t care that much. Just saying he had some type of physical issue. So it could be a pattern developing
