identify a case as criminal. I’ve had literally hundreds of criminal cases where no one goes to jail (there is no hyphen in no one).
Give it up. You’re just wrong. Say “I was wrong. I shouldn’t have called that guy a dipstick - because I was wrong.”
When the statute says it’s criminal - it’s criminal. The corporate entity is now a felon.
Don’t worry - the Statute of Limitations hasn’t run yet on Orange Jesus so you might get to see one of those criminal cases where jail is involved.
