It has worked for him so far. He will surround himself with good coaches. Most kids do want structure, ask if Deon goes into a home and tells MOM and POPS I will make sure your son makes it into class, as well learn respect. Plus Jr. will graduate.

Most of the kids in lower tax bracket will trust Deon, He does not beat around the bush and will be upfront to these families. Has he failed yet? I would not bet against the man.
