When you find some thing that doesn't work in government, just give it more money. You'll feel better.
And when government does something that is catastrophic for our own country, it needs a great deal more funding. You'll feel fantastic and you can put a ukranian sticker on your car.
Or a "black lives matter sometimes" sign in your yard.
Be like democrats, signal your virtue.
