I thought HCED might be a long-term coach - that's what you hope for - short-term coaches mean losses and rebuilding.
NIL changes puts money that was already flowing and drags it out in the open.
It also creates a marketplace for competition.
You expect the players and the coach to work 24x7 for that 'W' or else right?
Now the competition between the fanbases is out in the open as well.
If that turns you off fair enough.
But stop with the victimology - NIL doesn't inherently help any program more than another...
