Now, I'm fine with Saturday voting for all elections, in the context of:
1. Single day voting
2. Paper ballots
3. Manual counting completed same day
4. Minimum one voting station per 5,000 registered voters in the area
5. Minimum 50 voting booths per station
6. No mail-in ballots
7. Absentee ballots up to 30 days in advance, signed & notarized only
