But if it keeps the lights and heat on and healthcare facilities running, is that a terrible thing? We're not "floating" or "flooding" the country with money. And they didn't need it before Russia did everything in its power to intentionally destroy the country and all of its civilian infrastructure. It's still humanitarian in nature. And it's certainly reasonable to have checks and balances on it to make sure all of it reaches its intended destination.
