It's the difference between being a liberal, who never understand any jokes and call everyone a racist constantly.
And a conservative, who know racism isn't even a thing anymore, certainly not to the point where it's holding anyone back.
Same with 'gay' or whatever - the only thing holding people back are themselves and what they are willing to do to be successful.
Meanwhile liberals sell their dumb followers on the idea that your 'special situation' means everything should be given to you and if it's not, it's racist or white supremacists or anti-semitic to be denied what you don't deserve.
