The same thing that the socialists and the media said about wild Bill Clinton. That is where moveon.org came from. It was time to move on and not focus on the scummy terrible things he has done.
Not just the alleged rape but the Clinton foundation and other sleazy terrible things.
To be sure, Republicans will screw this up and make excuses not to do very much, and I fear that many will say what you just said. We have more important business to take care of them looking back on Benghazi for example, or the Russia collusion hoax, or Hunter Biden.
Remember, Hunter Biden will beget his father who will beget Zbronvo Bomma who will beget the deep state ... and all will be revealed if the Republicans do what they have promised.
They won't of course, But that is what should happen.
And they can still do other things at the same time. Accountability and government is essential.
