Something needs to be understood. First of all our conversation had ended when he said he was going with another company so of course I hung up as there was nothing more to discuss. I simply hug up since we were don talking and nothing more. When you end a conversation - a person hangs up. He is looking into things just to try and cause trouble for people. This seems to be the 'kind of person' he is......
Some people simply like to put blame on others for not doing what they are supposed to do for themselves and when things don't go their way it's easier to blame others.
The first person got cancelled for not paying their premium. That's not my fault. The company did not want to insure her because she was constantly late in paying and being cancelled for non-payment well after her bill was due. I have nothing to do in that respect because an Insurance Agent cannot control an individual's billing. If you have a history of not paying then don't put the blame on someone else who has nothing to do with it. I guess that's an 'easy way out' for some people.
The second person said ..rude, etc..- because she wanted a price and I kept trying to get back to her with her request because she said she needed it immediately as she had lost her insurance coverage with her current company. Due to her making it sound very urgent I simply kept trying to get back to her to help her & she never bothered calling back. Trying to get quotes takes time when you represent several companies & if you ask for help at least have the courtesy to call the person back that you asked even if you've changed your mind.
The third person was upset because I couldn't help her due to her refusing to pay her premium to the company-not to me. So she got mad because I could not get the company to re-insure her. The company makes those decisions-not me.
IT'S EASY TO BLAME OTHERS FOR THINGS YOU SHOULD HAVE DONE BUT DID NOT DO....
I've been in business 40+ years & still have several of my original clients. That speaks for its self. If people want to believe those who try and find negative things to say abut others due to their own negligence - well , that's something each individual will have to decide on their own. Otherwise give me a call to decide for yourself. thank you for reading this.
