For things like theft, it is fairly straightforward…. Make the person who you infringed upon whole. Murder would be much more complicated. Punishment by the State for a crime in of itself would be an infringement. One thing most would agree with is that there would be no “fines” or property taken by the State as a result of a crime

Please explain why this message is being reported.
