but a lot of Republicans are unhappy with where they're party is because it's been taken over by extremists. So they'd rather see the current version destroyed so a better version can be rebuilt.

The "conservatives" on this Board have all gone loony with their party. The blood oath to Trump and his sledgehammer to democracy, all in the name of "patriotism" has been eye opening for those of us who never bought any of the Trump snake oil, which, as elections are proving, is the majority of Americans.
