and it trends further and further left over time.

I'm absolutely *not* a Leftist, but I *hate* the fact that Republicans take such a hardline stance on this important issue.

I personally know a lot of people who wanted to vote Republican in these midterms, but voted Democrat instead solely because of the abortion issue.

It's one of the reasons I was skeptical about the "Red Wave" predictions.

These midterms should have been a shellacking of epic proportions, but because R's refuse to bend on this issue it won't be.
