has been very carefully explained, it's about Dominion machines re-allocating votes to match demographic breakdowns from the 2010 census.
And it's done in every state, and in every county of the United States.
Where the disparity is too great (such as in Pennsylvania where Trump led by 700,000 votes), ballot harvesting was used and greater risks were taken, as all of those votes went directly to Biden (with no fancy demographic distribution to hide the crime) until the deficit was finally overcome.
But the intent is for the calibration of the initial reallocation algorithm to match, as closely as possible, the magnitude of the Red Wave, thus quashing it, without the need for unseemly ballot drops at 3:00 am.
All of this was not adequately in place in 2016, but since then procedures have been adjusted and the fact that the vast majority of Americans want and vote for pro-American policies has been neutralized.
We apologize for the 'hiccups' but you can rest assured that the infrastructure tasked with keeping the population of 'free America' deeply asleep and under good control is once again fully functional.
In short, there's nothing to see here, move along...move along...
