in regards to Nye County pistol packer bouncing ACLU observer that some sang and danced about.

The story was that taking notes was supposedly not allowed, don't know if that is true or not, but what I reported 100% was.

BTW the Nevada Supreme Court put a stop to the Nye County nonsense anyway.
