the only thing I think gubmint should be more involved in is health care.

I want the gubmint to negotiate for lower drugs prices. They're screwing us thanks to their huge donations to certain politicians.

I want a health care system like Israel's.

heck every advanced nation is kicking our asses at health care. They pay less and get better outcomes.
