As for the context,

One could imagine that the fan base as a whole isn't happy with a 4 million dollar a year coach who barely beats the WORST team in the conference. I do wonder just how many crappy seasons you are willing to keep paying a coach who obviously isn't progressing the program.

In the real business world if you don't do your Job they fire you.
