Branding is part subliminal.

And the subliminal message Mizzou sends to recruits with these costumes are all bad:
1. We don't act like a blue blood and don't plan on being one
2. We rely on gimmicks
3. We have no tradition
4. Don't dream of wearing these, because there will be 12 new versions by the time you get to our school

If stupid, gimmicky uniforms attracted recruits to schools, then Alabama, Texas, Oklahoma, Michigan and Ohio State would be jumping all over it.

They don't attract recruits. They repel them away with the bad message it sends.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
