actual reason for suspending kids doesn't matter. And it's not even necessary for the white kids to do anything wrong. Just suspend them, for being white. Everyone knows whites are oppressors.
Not suspending black kids for violent acts doesn't work, as they are likely to harm another black student. So just suspend a bunch of white kids until the proportion is proper to allow for the suspension of violent black criminals.
Simple really.
Students are not individuals, they are members of racial tribes. And each tribe must be suspended or rewarded in theexact proportion to their percentage of the population.
