President. She’s dumb as hell but she’s self aware enough to know that being president will require her to actually do some work. As VP, she can be given fluff jobs, go out of sight, do absolutely nothing and before long everyone forgets what she’s actually working on, and nobody cares. Can’t do that as President.

If they take out Joe, or he becomes a drooling mess or dies, she’ll claim she’s a Biden girl and bow out with him.
