Reagan was a masterful speaker, always glib and quick to parry verbal assault from media personalities. Xiden* exhibits none of the characteristics displayed by President Reagan indicative of mental acuity. He stumbles over words, often repeats blatant lies regarding his personal life experiences, is prone to make policy pronouncements that require his handlers to immediately 'walk back' and he typically is visibly unsteady on his feet and displays a confused visage. Yes, Xiden*'s mental condition is inferior to Reagan's in every sense.
