thought he was associated to the restaurant and he wasnt and they said NO. Dont see that as trampling the little guy, more the little guy using the likeness of name to prosper from it. Would have made more sense if the two Herschel's had got together and worked out a partnership but whatever certainly a good reason not to vote for someone because they sued someone, god knows no one else in congress has ever done anything ****ty or questionable.
