Odom was 21-17 his final 3 seasons after inheriting a disaster from Pinkel.

Drinkwitz in his first 3 years is currently 13-16 and in his 3rd season his team is worse than his first two seasons and it appears won't make a bowl game.

How is this guy an improvement over Odom? Not saying we should re-hire Odom but if you fire a coach shouldn't the next guy be an improvement?

I'm no expert. What am I missing?
