We are producing more than 11.8 MMBO per day presently. Peak crude oil production under Trump was 13 MMBO per day but that had started to decline even before Covid hit. After Covid hit it declined to about 11 MMBO per day and had a downward trajectory when Biden took over. No way would we be producing 14.8 MMBO per day under Trump after the covid shutdown. To suggest that is just ridiculous. You and many others here simply do not understand what it takes to increase and sustain production in the Unconventional Oil era. There is no tap to turn on. Wells have to be drilled. Lots of them. They decline quickly and more have to be drilled. When you shut down the industry which is what happened during covid, it takes a lot of time to ramp back up.
