The Constitution is clear. It's a federal power.
Biden is in charge of the federal gubmint.
Desantis is a gov. If he got permission from FEMA he's likely in the clear. From the uproar, it sounds like he did it on his own for a political stunt. That would mean he broke the law that i've linked on here multiple times.
He didn't even move them from Florida. He used FLA tax dollars to move immigrants out of Texas.
Not sure I'd be happy about that if I were a FLA tax payer.
