drilling. Let me give you this scenario. Say you wanted a house, and I had a house to sell you that you really liked. My price was good, and you could get into it immediately. However, the deal included this:

- The interest rate on the mortgage is variable, it can be changed at any time, and the lender has let you know they very interested in raising it soon and often.

- The roof is fine but there will likely be a demand before long that you install solar panels (a time that will be determined for you) and you must do it when I say so or you will be fined.

- Property taxes on the house will be going up, and likely significantly, but no one can tell you when and how much.

How eager would you be to quickly jump in and buy the house?
