and evaluating students and employees. That was determined to be unfair.
So we added affirmative action. Lowering standards for certain groups to replace merit. Better, but still unfair.
Next, we attempted to gain equality with various additional means to elevate certain groups in what used to be a meritocracy. That did not solve the problem as the workplace and the school classrooms were still, "unfair".
Now we are dealing with equity. Where equal opportunity is replaced by equal outcomes based on a group identification. That will likely prove to be unfair also.
Prepare yourself for strict quota hires and grades where hiring, grading, promoting and evaluation will be based on performance and compared only within that group identification. We saw a bit of this years ago win promotions or hires for Asians for example we're held up because we needed additional hires or promotions of other identity groups.
Can't wait for them to put this method of evaluation into the NFL.
Look for white people to identify as black people. In order to take advantage of lower standards available for that group. And I'm sure this will get test scores and American productivity soaring.
