To go out in public at 8 pm on a Friday night after Happy Hour, but I know some people who went and said it was a pretty cool deal and well attended.
They didn’t actually scrimmage, and I’m glad for that, because playing outside in the cool weather on a makeshift court sounded like injuries waiting to happen. They had a three-point shooting competition (both the men and women) and news is that Sean East (JuCo player of year) won and never missed a single shot.
The lighting and light show when they introduced the teams were apparently awesome but there were some technical problems with the sound, which I guess would be expected.
