Donetsk - 99%
Lugansk - 98%
Zaporoshie - 93%
Kherson - 87%
No one was forced to vote or prevented from voting. International observers were present at major polling locations. The referendum vote results were not surprising, since the populations in the breakaway oblasts are overwhelmingly ethnic Russians and almost totally Russian speakers and they have suffered long under UkroNazi rule.
